Assesspatients are delighted to work with the University of Manchester's School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work to produce a specification and prototype for an interactive, user-friendly care planning solution for mental health care. This solution is designed to ensure that the care planning process is centered on both the person with mental health care needs and their carer.
